I've been holding off on buying furniture until I found a really great deal - and this one really was!
I visited the Pottery Barn Outlet last week while they were having their Memorial Day sale and purchased 3 sofa pieces for about $250 with an additional 30% off [the sofa sectional pieces were a red tag clearance item]!
I also paid an $85 shipping charge for the first item and $10 for each extra item. I really wanted to stuff them in my car, right then and there, but I couldn't fit them all in my 2-door sports car. The delivery was really quick - I got them today.
Side note: The black accent table was purchased at Target on clearance for $12!

Since I bought it at Pottery Barn outlet - I assumed that the sofa brand was Pottery Barn. I didn't know it was from West Elm, until the delivery guy lifted up the cushion cover.
Ultimately, I purchased 3 sofa pieces for less than the cost of 1 sectional piece at regular price.

Another update that I have is the garage entryway.
I purchased a $40 console table through Craigslist.
I really liked that it has an elegant look with 3 drawers for additional storage.
I placed 4 memo boards with the same damask print together to make a massive board to hold cards, photos, etc.
The memo boards were purchased at Ross for about $5 each.
Meanwhile, I'm having fun decorating and will provide more updates soon!
